PERFORMING ART CENTER
The aim is to design a performing art center with two auditoriums for 2000 users with some relaxation spaces. there are four entries in total pedestrian entry, Two/Four wheeler entries, VIP and Service Entry. I have designed to place the auditorium separately and the space between them will be a plaza space. So the friends and families coming on their own can meet there and go to whatever auditorium they want. And the plaza space will act as a meeting point. The spaces like Library and Museum will be in the basement in Auditorium 1 which accommodates 1500 users and auditorium 2 accommodates 500 users. There is a track designed around the lake with a cafe. So the users can spend time with their friends/families with a nice walk and snacks. In the early morning, those who are living near the performing art center get a pass from the authorities and can jog around with a pleasant lake view. This will also give some revenue to the client. The OAT (Open Air Theatre) is placed near the lake. Since it is a flood-prone area if it rains the rainwater in the OAT will be easily drained into the lake.

The main aim and focus of the design problem is on understanding, assimilating, and applying modern planning concepts along with technology in creating a sustainable environment. The design intends to focus on finding a balance betwen the background of art forms and their spaces and function.
The Performing art center has two auditoriums with a pleasant environment with a admin space. The two auditoriums can accomodate 2000+ users in total. In between there is a pavilion where the users can sit and relax. The auditorim 1 is a quite big with a balcony space where it also has a exhibition space below the bapcony. In the entrance lobby there is a tickect counter with a lot of seating a area where if the users are coming with their family there has to be a area where they can wait. And the auditorium 2 is a small auditorium where it can be used for a small function for a small amount of users. Both the auditorium is designed in a way to avoid crowd areas. Both the auditorium is designed to divert the crowd so there won't be any unpleasent feeling to the users. Each auditorium has its own green area for the participants with a VIP lounge area and the VIP lounge can also accessible from the separete enrance and exit from the site to the building. And in both the auditoriums is wheelchair friendly they can access the auditoriums without any difficulty.
