GATED COMMUNITY
The aim is to design three types of residential for three types of users in a single site. And I have designed it based on the hierarchy. The apartment can hold half of the users on the site. So I have planned to keep the apartment in the front so the users will be reduced in the middle of the site. To show the connectivity between other residential the row houses are placed beside the apartment so it won't feel like they are in a different community. The users of apartments and row houses mostly they will use public transport so if the apartment and the row houses are in front they can access them easily. And the villa is placed on the corner of the site to keep away from the road so the noise will be minimal because the villa is a luxury residential most people will come to the villa for relaxation purposes.
